Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of AgentEdge (“the App”), operated by Code Kaarigari (“we”, “us”). By installing or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, uninstall the App.

1. The service

AgentEdge detects shoppers referred to your Shopify store by AI assistants, engages them with an on-page concierge and claimable discount offers, and reports the resulting traffic and revenue. Features vary by plan as described on our pricing page and in the Shopify App Store listing.

2. Billing

  • All charges are billed through Shopify's billing system on your regular Shopify invoice.
  • Paid plans renew monthly and can be cancelled anytime from the app's Plans & Billing page; cancellation takes effect per Shopify's billing cycle rules.
  • Uninstalling the App ends billing per Shopify's standard policy.

3. Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the discount offers you configure — their value, scope, and duration — and for the cost of redeemed discounts.
  • If you connect your own AI provider key, you are responsible for that provider's fees and for complying with the provider's terms.
  • You will not use the App for unlawful purposes or attempt to probe, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the service.

4. AI-generated content

The AI Concierge generates answers from your product data using the AI provider you configure. AI output can be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing concierge settings and remain responsible for representations made to your customers.

5. No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee any particular level of traffic, conversion, or revenue. Analytics (including revenue attribution) are provided on a best-effort basis from the signals available.

6. Availability & changes

We aim for high availability but the App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We may modify, add, or remove features, and may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data.

8. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or abuse of the service. Upon uninstall, data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
