Email support@codekaarigari.com with your myshopify.com domain and a short description of the issue — screenshots help. Billing questions and feature requests are welcome at the same address.

Quick start (2 minutes)

  • 1. Turn on the theme embed: in your Shopify admin go to Online Store → Themes → Customize → App embeds → enable “AgentEdge”. This lets the concierge greet AI-referred shoppers on your storefront.
  • 2. Create an offer: in AgentEdge open Offers and create your first referral offer — a real discount code AI-referred shoppers can claim.
  • 3. Test it: open any product page in an incognito window with ?utm_source=chatgpt.com appended to the URL. The concierge card should appear, and your Home dashboard will start filling with numbers.

Frequently asked

  • The concierge card doesn't show. Check the theme app embed is enabled (step 1) and that you're testing with an AI referrer or the utm_source test URL — the card only shows for AI-referred visits.
  • My dashboard shows zero visitors. AI-referral traffic often starts small. Use the test URL above to confirm the pipeline works end to end.
  • How do I upgrade or cancel? Plans & Billing inside the app. Charges appear on your Shopify invoice; cancelling is one click.
  • Which AI providers work for the concierge? Bring your own key on the Growth plan — Anthropic (Claude) is supported first-class, with more providers available in-app.
  • How is my data handled? See the Privacy Policy — short version: tokens and keys are encrypted, we never read AI conversations, and store data is deleted after uninstall.

Status & urgent issues

If the app is unreachable or something looks broken on your storefront, email us with “URGENT” in the subject line and we'll prioritize it.
